Do you realize that in this world there are over seven billion people, but there is only one you? No no else is like you. You are unique. Now realize that as the Lord looks at this world He sees you and He loves you. Think of it! The God who created this world loves you. I understand why I love Him, but I cannot understand why He loves me. At times I do not even love me. God also loves you. God loves you so much that He gave His Son to become a sacrifice for your sin (John 3:16). The Lord on the cross with outstretched arms could say, “I love you this much.” He loves you no matter who you are or what you have done. Your faults do not fade His love, your goodness does not make His love greater, and your errors do not erase His love. You can forget Him, but He will never forsake you – Never!(Heb.13:5). When no one cares, He cares (I Pet.5:7) His unconditional love means there is nothing you can do to make Him love you more or nothing you can do to make Him love you less. The Lord does not love you because of who you are, but He loves you because of who He is. His divine love never diminishes, dims or decreases. You may reject, refuse, or resent Him, but He will still receive you. Why? God is Love (I John 4:16). His love is limitless regardless of culture, creed or country. You may be young, old, feeble, handicapped, rejected, alone, homeless, depressed, poor, or wealthy, but He still loves you. Pause, look up and let Him touch your heart with His presence. There is no substitute for the peace of God. His amazing grace is always abiding and abundant. God does not love things, but God loves people. If the Lord would point to His most valuable possession, He would point to you. Yes…You! Now, point to yourself and say, “Jesus loves me.” Again, “Jesus loves me.” Then sing, “Jesus loves me this I know for the Bible tells me so.” I often say, “The greatest testimony to this world is a changed consistent Christian life (II Cor. 5:17).” His love changes lives. How do I know? He changed my life. He can also change your life. You can receive or reject Him (John 1:12). To do nothing is a choice. Friend, if you reject Him, you may go to Hell unsaved, but you will not go to Hell unloved. Why? Because God loves you and you are You-nique! Know God – Know Peace. No God – No Peace.
