Come enjoy three days full
of instruction and challenging messages. ASLI is
intended to help church interpreters and
deaf ministry workers improve in sign
language skill and ability, while challenging them to be
more effective in the deaf ministry.
Teaching is conducted in voice on the intermediate and above
level. All signers are welcome.
A separate track for beginners
teaches over 300 basic signs, ABCs, and several Deaf Culture
points. No previous knowledge of sign language is
required.
Combined Deaf/hearing sessions will
either be conducted in voice and sign language
using simultaneous communication, a voice interpreter, or a
sign language interpreter.
